New Years

I havn't really thought about any resolutions for this year. I suppose stemming the tide of the ever increasing swath of fat that clings to my frame would be a lackadaisical resolution. Unfortunately I don't have a particularly effective plan towards stopping my slow and steady ballooning, besides threats towards the universe to buy an elliptical to stick in our bedroom to use while I watch Rachel Maddow. I joined a gym last year (or was it the year before) and basically threw my 25 dollars down the drain every month. We live too far out in the boons for it to be convenient, and at the end of a difficult work day the last thing I want to do is shorten my evening with non-DVR tv in the company of sweaty men. Still, I'm getting disgusting.

As previously discussed, an actual change I'm trying to make is a concrete, long term drive towards healthier foods. This will, luckily, aid in resolution #1.

Sadly it seems like we have been more eating less meat then actually eating more healthy. Still a ton of cheese and grossness in our diet. I'd like to curb that as much as possible so I don't balloon to disgustingly myself, heh.
