I've been neglecting this blog a bit because I'm working diligently on my wheatstateceliac.blogspot.com blog, which features my adapted Gluten Free recipes. I'm really having a hard time photoing food accurately. I'm thinking that this is caused by not having a tripod. Hopefully, with the advent of a tripod I'll get some real winners.
Other than that, not much has happened with me lately.

I think your pics are quite good. I suspect some of the issue is due to lighting (need back lighting?)
